Reservation becomes effective once the payment of 30% deposit of the total amount has been done.
Payment can be done by bank transfer.

Only children from 10 years old
are allowed to stay.

Cleaning and linen change
Linen change and room cleaning are provided only if rooms are left by 11.00 in the morning.
 
Bed sheets changed every week, for extra change we charge 20 Euro.
 
Cleaning and towels changed every three days.
For extra change of towels we charge 15 Euro.

     Cancellation

  • Until one month before arrival no charge

  • from one month to 15 days before arrival 20% of the total 

  • from 14 to 7 days before arrival 50% of the total charge

  • during the 7 days before arrival, failure to arrive, delayed arrival, you will charged in full
