I think you need at least one week here to get to know the place of Val di Noto and soak up everything it has to offer. I believe that mass tourism in the place of standardized tourism meet the needs of people
who just need to confide in the popular circuits for a few days.
However, more and more visitors strive to organise more personal and authentic trips, and look for places that allow them to immerse themselves in the local way of life.
Travelling then takes on more meaning. As a hotelier, I’m motivated by the idea of offering services that reflect our lifestyle; I don’t just want to run a banal hotel with a bed, a swimming pool and a bar… I want to share my enthusiasm and my love for my island, to guide my clients in their encounter with it.

Rifugio Lanzagallo is open from 1st April to 15th November.
During the Christmas period we are only available for one-week bookings, and by November 15th.

HOW TO REACH US
By car
From the airportCatania-Fontanarossafollow E45 towards Syracuse.
Take the Ispica exit and turn onto the SP46 towards Ispica.
At the second roundabout of the SP46, turn left to go onto the SP86.
After 4 km you will find Rifugio Lanzagallo on the right.

From the airport of Comiso take SS514 towards Ragusa, follow the SS115 towards Modica.
Continue beyond Modica on the SS15 for Pozzallo-Ispica in the direction of Syracuse.
At the "Villa Real" continue left on the SP86 towards Ispica.
After 7km, turn left onto the SP86, immediately after the pylon you will find Rifugio Lanzagallo on the left.
On the train
The nearest railway station is Ispica - about 5 km away.
